Refunds

We offer a 180-day money-back guarantee in eligible cases.
Refunds are possible if:

  • The product arrives damaged or defective.

  • You received the wrong item.

  • Your order has not been shipped within the stated production time (20–35 days) without prior notice.

Once your refund request is approved, funds will be returned to your original payment method within 3–10 business days.
Partial refunds may apply if only part of the order was affected.

Non-Returnable Items

Because each figurine is custom-made, we cannot accept returns due to personal preference, change of mind, or differences from your expectations after approval of the 3D preview.

We encourage you to carefully review the 3D model preview we send before production begins — it’s your chance to confirm that every detail looks perfect.

Damaged or Lost Packages

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days, including photos of the damage and your order number.
If your package is lost during shipping, we will investigate with the carrier and offer a replacement or refund once confirmed.
