Each figurine is custom-made and handcrafted based on the photos and descriptions you provide.
Once production has started, orders cannot be canceled or modified.
Before production begins, you will receive a 3D preview for approval to ensure every detail meets your expectations.

3. Pricing and Payments

All prices are listed in USD and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
We accept payments through Shopify Payments, PayPal, and major credit/debit cards.
Payment must be made in full before production starts.
We reserve the right to adjust prices or correct errors at any time without prior notice.

4. Production and Shipping

Production time typically takes 20–35 days, depending on complexity and size.
We offer nationwide and international shipping.
Once your order has shipped, you’ll receive a tracking number via email.
Shipping times vary by location and carrier.
Delays caused by weather, customs, or postal services are beyond our control, but we’ll assist you in resolving any issues.

5. Returns and Refunds

Due to the personalized nature of our products, we do not accept returns or cancellations once production has begun.
Refunds or replacements may be issued only in cases of damage, defects, or incorrect items received.

6. Warranty

We provide a 2-Year Limited Warranty covering manufacturing defects, structural damage, or color fading under normal conditions of use.
This warranty does not cover damage caused by mishandling, accidents, or exposure to extreme conditions.
